The four-day Advanced University Leadership Training Workshop, organized by the Professional Development Directorate for University Faculty Members, concluded today.

This workshop aimed to transfer advanced knowledge of university leadership, leadership strategies, planning, strategic plan preparation, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), and the main and secondary standards of quality assurance and accreditation. It was conducted for the university's leadership team and the deans of faculties.
During the closing ceremony, Sheikh Al-Quran and Al-Hadith, Mawlana Abdul Ghani Haqqani (may Allah protect him), the President of Herat University, expressed his gratitude to the Professional Development Directorate for Faculty Members, the master trainers dispatched from the Ministry of Higher Education, and the participants. He highlighted the importance of professional training for enhancing advanced leadership and professional capacities, assuring that such workshops can significantly contribute to improving the quality of educational services.
At the end of the ceremony, certificates of participation were distributed to the attendees in the presence of the guests.
